- Design Element products come with a limited 1-year warranty.
- This warranty ensures that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- Homeroots products have a 30-day guarantee against manufacturer defects.
- Within this period, any defects in materials or workmanship will be addressed by Homeroots.

- Submit Evidence: Provide photos or videos of the defective product to help us understand the problem.
- Review and Response: Our team will review your claim and respond with instructions on how to proceed. This may include returning the product for inspection or receiving a replacement.
