Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are an online store, we do not keep any items in stock.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
- Exchanges are available on all items purchased from Bundle Abode within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process:
- Contact Customer Service: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at 201-515-5766 or returns@bundleabode.com.
- Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to include with your return shipment.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Exchange or Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, you will receive an exchange or refund as requested.
Exchange Options:
- Same Item: If available, we will exchange the item for the same size and color.
- Different Item: You may exchange the item for a different item of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can provide store credit for the full purchase price of the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

- Exchange policies may vary for certain product categories or promotions.
- We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.
Refund Deduction:
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Valuable Items:
- For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
Replacement Parts Request
If a product arrives to the customer in less than perfect condition and requires parts such as door panels, backsplash, or touch-up paint to be sent, Bundle Abode will supply parts at no cost if the issue was due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage (proper reporting procedure must be followed).
Return due to defect
Bundle Abode makes every effort to replace defective parts as quickly as possible. If replacement parts cannot be supplied within a reasonable period of time, you may be eligible for a free return. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
Return due to Buyer's Remorse
Buyer’s Remorse is when a customer changes their mind after a product has been shipped from our supplier's warehouse. If the customer needs to return a product due to buyer's remorse, the dealer or the end customer will be responsible for both outbound and return freight cost. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Keep in mind that Merchandise returns (regardless of reason) need authorization. Any returns due to buyer's remorse must be in the original package in re-sellable condition, returned within 30 days of receipt and returned at your expense. Credits will be given once received back at the warehouse and determined in good condition.
